I’ve never really had a ‘low-gain’ pedal. Always fell for the trap of going super high-gain fuzzes like my lords Kurt Cobain, Jack White and uh… Wata from Boris? So when I had the opportunity to build a pedal based on a boosted Marshall Bluesbreaker the ‘Softboi’ was born. This thing is a super dynamic, ‘edge of breakup’ tone that all the tone snob purists like to say they like. This thing kicks butt.
